Making A Purchase
Placing an order or making an enquiry could not be easier. Just select the quantity of each product you require from each page and put them into the shopping cart by clicking the button adjacent to the product or at the foot of the page. After you have finished your selection, click "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your request.

Your online "receipt" and automated email are not an order acceptance; we will formally confirm your request by a subsequent e-mail or phone and agree any delivery details with you.

You can choose to pay for your order by credit or debit card or by cheque (made payable to T King Associates, please put cheque card number and address on back of cheque).

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Delta, Solo, Maestro and Switch.

All transactions are in pounds sterling (£).

We will not charge your credit card for any item until it is ready for delivery.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Please note: Uniform City is a trading name of T King Associates Ltd. - your credit card transaction will show "T King Associates Ltd." as the merchant.

Shipping And Handling

One, two or three items at £1.00 per item.
Six or more items at £6.00.

Please state any dates you may be away and an alternate delivery address for this period.

Collections may be made from our Buckingham office by prior telephone arrangement
(Mon – Fri 9 - 5).

School summer holidays only: Saturday mornings 9.30am -12.30am

No charge for pre-arranged collections.

New Starter Packs are delivered with no charge for delivery.

Delivery Schedule
Orders can be placed all year round with approximately four weeks delivery for embroidered items.

Back Orders
If any of your ordered items are not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed or called with details to ensure that you are kept up to date with the progress of your order.

Tax Charges
VAT at the current rate applies to applicable items and is included in the stated prices.

Credit Card Security

When you order from us, we will require your name, address, e-mail address, credit/debit card number, card expiry date and security number (the last 3 numbers on the back of your card). For some cards we also require Issue Number and 'Valid From' date. Without this information we will not be able to process your order, notify you of acceptance of your order or deliver your order.

A contact telephone number may also be required so that we may contact your urgently if there is a problem with your order. We may, unless you tell us not to, pass this information to our couriers or other agents in case they need to contact you to arrange the processing or delivery of your order.

Security Of Your Information

Our site uses secure server software to protect your information whenever you place an order or access your account information. To minimise the risk of information being intercepted before it is received by us, this software encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us.

We may wish to pass your details to trusted third-parties that we believe may be of interest to you. If you would prefer not to enjoy this service then please contact us to inform us of your preference.

Credit Card Security

We want you to feel comfortable making purchases. We do everything we can to ensure that credit card information entered on our site will not be accessed by any unauthorised person or company. Our secure sockets layer (SSL) encryption uses 128-bit encryption, which is the highest level available.

Details are not held in clear text on any website. We will take all reasonable care, within our power, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our online shop.

Guarantee
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have bought from us, please return them to us in the original packaging and condition within 7 days of receipt.

Items that have been embroidered, named or marked cannot be returned. Please see our returns policy.

The Information We Need and How We Use It

Uniform City, a trading name of T King Associates Ltd., do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

When you order from us or make an enquiry, we will require your name, address, e-mail address, phone number and other similar information to enable us to process your request, notify you of acceptance of orders and deliver the goods ordered.

We may, unless you tell us not to, pass this information to our couriers or other agents in case they need to contact you to arrange the processing or delivery of your order.

As part of our efforts to ensure that you are aware of the latest developments and offers, we would like to use this information to advise you of new products, special offers or changes to our site. Returns Policy

Your right to Cancel

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have bought from us, please return them to us in the original packaging and condition within 7 days of receipt.

IMPORTANT

Garments embroidered with a pupils name cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Please satisfy yourself that all garments are of the correct size before “naming” them. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded if they have been named or marked and all returns must be in saleable condition.

Gum shields are not exchanged.

No refunds are given for any post or packing.

Please also enclose a letter explaining why you wish to return the product(s), and we will refund you in full within 28 days of the receipt of your returned order.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.

To return any products to us, please:
1. Make sure to tell us whether you want an Exchange or Refund.
2. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting since we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.
3. Pack the items safely, enclose the invoice and send it back to:
